Telematics: Past, Present and Future

BEDFORD, TEXAS, May 15, 2008 – The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has published a report focusing on the potential effects that telematics may have on independent automotive service and repair businesses, including remote diagnostics. The report also explores consumer usage of telematics products and services, how a telematics system functions and its practical applications.
