MIDLAND, Mich. — The 46th Northwood University International Auto Show this weekend was a success for the students involved with the Aftermarket Studies Program. Despite the rainy weather, the show managed to draw a large crowd to the aftermarket and performance displays.

The completely student organized show featured more than 400 cars and booths for aftermarket companies including Roush, NGK and NAPA. Also, on display in front of the Sloan Family Building for Aftermarket Studies  were more than 20 race cars and show cars.

The show has an estimated economic impact of $3.5 million on the local Midland, Mich., economy. Students did not receive payment or credit for their participation and more than 500 Northwood students participate from all curriculums.
