No offense taken but this vehicle will never see the public highway with the exception of a local parade now and then. The vehicle will be mostly used to haul things around school campus with the bed we will build on the back. It will be kept in our shop and will only be out side when it is used so it will see very little rain. Since it will be used for these reasons it will rarely see speeds over 15-20 MHP.

You're going to build the body out of plywood? Not a smart idea. That plywood will rot or get tore up from the bouncing around. No offense is intended, just saying. You can go get some older truck fenders from the salvage yard cheaper then buying the plywood.
