Students in the Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) automotive technology program in Pikeville, KY, had a 100 percent pass rate on exit examinations by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

Big Sandy Community and Technical College’s (BSCTC) automotive technology students had a 100 percent pass rate on exit examinations by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
The test is a comprehensive, nationally recognized assessment tool, according to Joe Stewardson, professor of automotive technology.
“This validates the work of our students,” said Stewardson. “We are proud that our students have excelled in the classroom and will now take what they have learned and apply it in the workforce.”
