Students enrolled in Canadian Valley Tech’s auto body technology program in Yukon, OK, are restoring a 1999 Ford Mustang.
From The Oklahoman:
If these wheels could talk.
A ’99 Ford Mustang recently rolled into the body shop at Canadian Valley Technology Center’s Holt Campus. The engine worked, but showroom freshness was years in the rearview mirror.
Hail dents ran from hood to tail. The back window was busted out. For added curb appeal, the front and back bumpers were held on with duct tape.
The car is a class project for students enrolled in Canadian Valley Tech’s auto body technology program.
Besides seeking a real-world challenge in class, three students working on the project admit to being captivated by the Mustang mystique. They pledged to take on the restoration project to get hands-on training.
