HDA Truck Pride (HDATP) says that identifying and developing new talent for the automotive industry is an integral part of its strategic plan. The group says that TMC’s FutureTech National Student Technician Competition is a perfect opportunity to feature new entrants into the industry in an engaging manner. The unique event allows students to compete in a set of technical skill stations for the chance to win bragging rights and prizes.
HDATP is again sponsoring two students from WyoTech’s Blairsville, Pennsylvania, campus: Clayton Beck and Russell Avery. As long-time partners, the TMC FutureTech 2016 Competition is an excellent opportunity for HDATP and WyoTech to benefit from their relationship, the group says.
The event will take place on Sept. 18 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
