From Chuck Curley’s article on the Republican Herald website:

Brandon Grosso seems to have his life ahead mapped out for him.

Even the adults in the 16-year-old sportsman driver’s life are willing to admit as much.

“My principal is one of my dad’s friends, so he asked him about giving me some days off so I could race. He said yeah because it’s more of a career for me than a hobby. I got some passes, you could say,” the Montgomery, New Jersey, High School student said.

Therefore, when Big Diamond Speedway hosted the Short Track Super Series modifieds and sportsmen last Tuesday, Grosso’s father, Rick, picked him up from school for the long drive to Cass Township.

The trip paid off with Grosso’s fourth victory of Big Diamond’s sportsman season and $1,000.
