Current college students only have one day left to apply to win a weekend with Randy Meyer Racing at the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis, Indiana, as part of the Technician.Academy “Respect is Learned In the Pits” contest. Entries are due no later than June 22, 2018.
During the Respect is Learned In the Pits event on Aug. 29-Sept. 3, 2018, the winning student will work in the pits with the RMR drag team handling Megan Meyer’s Top Alcohol dragster at the Lucas Oil Raceway.
“We are so excited to offer this once-in-a-lifetime, hands-on opportunity again to a future technician,” said Richard Young, ASE Certified Master Technician and Director of Aftermarket Content and Programs for Technician.Academy. “Most technicians only dream of being in the pits with a championship racing team.”
Applicants must be current college students enrolled in a NATEF-certified automotive program during the 2018 spring semester. The winning student will be provided lodging for two days and a full-access pass to the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals. To apply, visit technician.academy.
