Holley announces the release of new Hooker BlackHeart exhaust components, including axle-back exhaust systems, cat-back exhaust systems, and longtube headers for 2015-2016 Ford Mustangs equipped with the 3.7L V6.

Hooker BlackHeart’s cat-back exhausts for 2015-2016 3.7L V6 Mustangs are built from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel for added strength, long-lasting looks and maximum performance, said the company. The 2-1/2″ diameter, incorporated H-pipe, and high-flow straight through mufflers combine to create max dyno gains of 12.47 horsepower and 20.27 lb/ft of torque with mufflers, and 11.65 horsepower and 15.62 lb/ft of torque without mufflers. Tubing geometry is optimized for maximum ground clearance, and the systems are designed to utilize factory mounting points for ease of installation. The 4″ dual wall, angle cut, polished 304 stainless steel tips are laser etched with the Hooker BlackHeart logo to give your Mustang the perfect finishing touch.

For those who don’t want or need a full cat-back system, but still want an aggressive exhaust note and dyno-proven horsepower gains, Hooker BlackHeart also offers axle-back exhaust systems. Replacing the factory axle-back yields max dyno gains of 9.07 horsepower and 14.54 lb/ft of torque with mufflers and 8.93 horsepower and 13.05 lb/ft of torque without mufflers. The axle-back has all of the same features as the cat-back, meaning that it employs 2-1/2″ 18-gauge 304 stainless steel construction, utilizes factory mounting points, and has the same polished 4″ stainless steel tips that are laser etched with the BlackHeart logo.

Hooker BlackHeart has also designed a set of longtube headers for 2015-2016 V6 Ford Mustangs. They are built from the same 18-gauge, mandrel bent 304 stainless steel used in the cat-back and axle-back exhausts. The headers feature 3/8″ thick water-jet cut flanges for the truest, highest quality sealing surface possible. The primaries measure 1-5/8″ in diameter and the collectors are 2-1/2″ in diameter. These components are hand-welded for long lasting quality. The headers also include high-quality oxygen sensor extension wires to make installation a snap. The headers are designed to work with a matching BlackHeart race exhaust system.
