Red Kap, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of automotive workwear, has released three videos featuring acclaimed BMX rider, X Games champion and classic car builder Heath Pinter. The video series traces Pinter’s passion-fueled journey as he designs and builds a 1928 Ford Roadster. The custom car has been built specifically to compete in The Race of Gentlemen, a one-of-a-kind event that was held on the beaches of the Jersey Shore on Oct. 3-4.

The three videos are:

• “The Builder” covers Pinter’s goals and aspirations as a builder
• “The Craft” looks at the long road to becoming a true artisan
• “The Build” offers a sneak peek of Pinter’s roadster in the heat of competition

“Red Kap’s Craftsman series was developed to celebrate individuals who have a passion for building and follow those dreams to build, whether they are an expert or novice craftsman. They are not always professionals – many are weekend builders or hobbyists – but all have an unrelenting aspiration in a job done right, and we want to honor these individuals,” said Chris Holcombe, vice president and general manager of distributor brands, Red Kap.

Red Kap will continue to add more Craftsmen to this program in the months ahead. Each will be chosen based on authentic character, style and commitment to the automotive industry.
