From Keri Blakinger’s article on the New York Daily News website:

This story has got some sting to it.

For two days, bees chased a car to rescue their queen — who may have just been stuck in the trunk.

Carol Howarth, 65, might have accidentally picked up the queen during a visit to a nature reserve Sunday, according to The Telegraph.

Howarth didn’t know she’d acquired an unwanted passenger — but the busy bees knew, and they followed her.
