Maxwell High Students Start Quaker State Car Restoration Contest
Students at Maxwell High School of Technology in Lawrenceville, GA, who are competing in the Quaker State “Best in Class Challenge” have six weeks to restore a 2003 Chevrolet Impala with 155,000 miles on it.
Satellite High To Restore Car For Nationwide Contest
Students at Satellite High School in Satellite Beach, FL, are moving on to the next round in the Quaker State “Best in Class Challenge.” They will receive a 2002 Chevy Impala on October 13 and have six weeks to give the car a complete makeover. Judging will be done by NASCAR driver Paul Menard and Tommy Pike, owner of Tommy Pike Customs in South Carolina.
