Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Automotive Distribution Network, Federated Auto Parts and National Pronto Association each contributed $25,000 to honor the industry icon and former vice chairman of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation who passed away March 25 at the age of 84.

The University of the Aftermarket Foundation today announced the recipients of the Art Fisher Memorial Scholarships. Fifty Students Receive GAAS Scholarships Through Grants From The University of the Aftermarket Foundation
The scholarship winners will receive a $1,000 scholarship to advance their education, either at two-year vocational / technical colleges or four-year colleges and universities. All of these students are either attending or entering vocational programs to become mechanical, collision, or heavy duty repair professionals.
