This 1956 Chevy Bel Air Convertible has been owned for the past 8 years by none other than Mr. October himself, Reggie Jackson. This 225-hp stock engine has some added Power Pack heads and an upgraded cam boosting output to 240 hp.
The engine is a 285 cu. in. V8 with factory dual-quad carburetors. The Bel Air features a “Three on the Tree” manual transmission with overdrive.
This car is a complete frame-off restoration. It was painted in original Sierra Gold and Adobe Beige colors. The original style interior and soft top were done by Ciadella Custom Interiors.
In 1956, when this car was sold, it could be had for $2,450. As it stands today and being owned by Reggie Jackson, there’s no telling what this Bel Air could fetch. All we know is, we’d take to for a drive in a heart beat.
