Hunter Pauloski won the bronze medal at the National SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference this past summer and received a 2014 Chevy Camaro for the Western Technical College Automotive Technology Program in La Crosse, WI.
From the Vernon Broadcaster/La Crosse Tribune:
It’s black, sleek and quite a muscle car — not a bad prize to win for your college.
Coon Valley’s Hunter Pauloski, a student in the Western Technical College Automotive Technology Program in La Crosse, won a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro for training use at the college.
Pauloski earned a bronze medal in automotive technology service at the National SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville, Ky., this past summer.
“We’re proud of Hunter’s performance in the competition,” Brian Kanable, Western Automotive Technician instructor, said. “He and his two other classmates were great representatives for the college and the program.
“The Camaro is a great addition to the fleet of vehicles we have for training,” Kanable continued. “Having newer cars gives students hands-on experience with the technology they will see in the workplace.”
