Deadline Nearing to Register for 2012 Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills Contest.

Online registration applications must be received by December 31, 2011.

Attention High School Instructors:
The deadline is approaching for high schools to enter in the 2012 Ford/AAA Student Auto Skills contest.

The contest, sponsored by AAA and Ford Motor Co., includes written tests and hands-on timed diagnostic events that run through June 2012.

The program, developed to encourage talented young people to pursue careers as automotive service technicians, provides winning students with scholarships, trophies, jackets, certificates, trips and automotive equipment.

Instructors can register today at http://autoskills.aaa.com. Registration applications must be received by December 31, 2011.
