The Collision Repair Education Foundation will be holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Thomas Edison Career and Technical High School’s collision program on May 18 in Jamaica, New York. They were the recipient of the 2014 $50,000 Ultimate Collision Education Makeover school grant. Industry members are invited to come to the event for a tour of the program, meet with school administration, collision instructors and students.
Collision Repair Education Foundation Director of Grant Programs Melissa Marscin noted, “We invite the entire collision industry to join us at the ribbon cutting on May 18. Barry Roopnarine and the administration have done a fantastic job in utilizing the grant to transform the collision program, and we want to celebrate this with the students, staff, local community and industry members.”
