Pennzoil Collaborates With Rock Artists In Pennzoil Garage Sessions

Pennzoil and Live Nation are sharing stories from blues rock artist, ZZ Ward, and English rock band, The Struts, in the new installment of the Pennzoil Garage Sessions series.

Since 2015, Pennzoil and Live Nation have teamed up to bring music and car fans together through enticing and intimate content pieces. The partnership has evolved from the Pennzoil Backseat Pass series which featured artists such as OK Go, Plain White T’s, Love and Theft, The Mowgli’s, Echosmith and Madilyn Bailey to Pennzoil Garage Sessions which featured artists such as Jon Pardi, Son Little, LOCASH, Drake White, A Thousand Horses, Brett Young, St. Lucia, Cadillac Three and Rival Sons.

According to Pennzoil, the videos strive to build the connection for artists between their vehicle and the memories music has made for them. Whether it’s hearing their song for the first time on the radio while in their tour van, writing a hit single in their garage, or naming their band after their first car, the garage is the most ideal location to shoot the next evolution of music content from Pennzoil.

In the new video, ZZ Ward shares how music inspires her while she drives her pickup truck, while The Struts vocalist Luke Spiller talks about the band’s appreciation of timeless style and cars and how this love goes hand in hand with his appreciation for music.
